The city office can also be of help. The City of Hallock has
developed several building lots that are for sale. They are
located in the newly platted Southeast Addition. The realtor
is Coldwell Banker.
Hallock has 36 senior housing units, many of which qualify as
subsidized senior housing.
There are also 30 market rate apartments located here including
duplex, four-plex and eight-plex units. Some of these units are
nearly new and most of the rest have been recently remodeled.
