Welcome to the City of Hallock! If you are
looking for a friendly place with plenty of small town atmosphere,
you've come to the right place. Hallock is an excellent city
to raise a family, start or continue a business, retire or or just
visit for some recreation, fun and camaraderie. Located in the
extreme northwestern portion of Minnesota, Hallock is a Minnesota
Star City and the county seat of Kittson County.

Council meets regularly on the first Monday of each month at
7:00 p.m. in the city hall. |
| Hallock will
celebrate our 125th anniversary in 2008. We will celebrate
during the Kittson County Fair on July 3rd through July
